How Does It Work

First you have to let the unit warm up, this takes about 30 seconds, after that your ready to roll. All you need to do is squeeze the trigger to disperse hot stem onto your floors and mop over the area with the built in mop head. The nice thing is that it is on demand steam and not a constant stream.

This hot steam will easily power through most dirt and grime and leave behind clean shiny wood floors. If you leave the unit in place and steam a spot for about 15 seconds it will also sterilize the area, this is handy for food spills in the kitchen!

How Long Does It Run For

There is a water tank on the Bissell Steamer Deluxe that hoods the water needed to make steam. Under regular use it will last about 15 minutes. This is enough time to clean most floors! It will last much less for sterilization streaming!
